1. Information We Collect
To provide you with stable and high-quality cloud services, we may collect the following types of information:
- Registration and Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address, username, and password. To comply with real-name authentication requirements in certain regions, you may be required to provide your real name, phone number, and relevant identity verification documents.
- Transaction and Payment Information: When you purchase services, we record your billing address, transaction history, etc. For users paying with cryptocurrency (e.g., USDT) or third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe), we only process the callback status and do not directly store your full credit card or wallet private key information.

All data and files you host on BullCloud servers remain your personal property. We do not proactively scan, review, or modify your internal server data. We use industry-standard encryption technologies (such as SSL/TLS) to protect the security of data during transmission.
