Welcome to the services provided by BullCloud Network Technology Ltd. ("Company" or "BullCloud"). Please read the following Terms of Service carefully. By registering, logging in, or using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration and Management

Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date identity and contact information when registering an account. The Company is not responsible for any account theft, service interruption, or legal disputes arising from false information.

  • Users must keep their account passwords and API keys secure. Any action taken through the account is considered the user's action.
  • Selling, transferring, renting, or lending accounts is strictly prohibited. Violators will face permanent account suspension without a refund.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To ensure a stable network and hardware environment for all users, you must comply with the following rules when using BullCloud's cloud servers, dedicated servers, and other services:

  • Prohibited Content: Hosting any content that violates the laws of the country/region where the server is located is strictly forbidden (including but not limited to child pornography, copyright infringement, scams, phishing sites, hacking tools).
  • Prohibited Activities: Outbound attacks (DDoS), port scanning, brute-forcing, sending SPAM, and other activities that compromise network security are strictly prohibited.
  • Resource Abuse: For non-dedicated CPU instances, continuously utilizing 100% CPU resources for extended periods (over 2 hours) is prohibited. Any form of cryptocurrency mining (e.g., Chia, Monero) is strictly forbidden.

3. Fees and Billing

BullCloud provides prepaid services. You must ensure sufficient account balance or complete payment before services are activated. If a service is not renewed upon expiration, the system will automatically suspend it. After the retention period, data will be permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered.

4. SLA and Limitation of Liability

We guarantee a 99.9% uptime SLA for your instances. However, BullCloud is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, cable cuts), user operational errors, or the user being targeted by attacks (e.g., upstream null-routing due to massive DDoS attacks).

Strong Recommendation: Data is invaluable. Users must perform their own off-site backups or use our snapshot feature for regular backups.

5. Modification of Terms

BullCloud reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will be published on this page and will supersede previous versions. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
